Kajeet - a free mobile hotspot for your child

KUSD will begin piloting Kajeet at Bradford, Indian Trail and Tremper high schools, as well as Bullen, Lance, Lincoln, Mahone and Washington middle schools in January 2016. Kajeet is a mobile hotspot that offers internet usage to students at home with the same filters and protections they would have while at school. This service will be FREE for our families

English Fest

Join us in celebrating reading at a day of workshops at the University of Wisconsin Parkside. Author visits, exciting activities, and lunch with friends from through the cities of Racine and Kenosha.

English Fest is a 7th and 8th grade reading opportunity. Students are required to read the book written by the featured author (2016-2017 that book is The Night Gardener by Jonathan Auxier). In addition, there is a reading list from which students must choose five more books. A Google Classroom is available with a description of the books, book quizzes and additional English Fest Information. The access this classroom students may go to Google Classroom, hit the plus (+) link and add themselves to the class.
